The Terry is our most substantial cashmere piece. Knit from one hundred percent Scottish cashmere in a midweight gauge, the Terry has a relaxed silhouette built for the kind of cold that lasts from November through April. It insulates without overheating, layers without bulk, and softens further with every wear.

Returns

Return Eligibility.  We offer full-priced returns on products that meet the following conditions:

  • Full-price items only (no sale items)
  • Received within 30 days from delivery date
  • Unworn, unaltered (including scents, and unwashed condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Items with dust bags must be returned in bags
  • Original receipt or packing slip required

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds issued in original payment method
  • Shipping and handling fees non-refundable
  • Include note with reason for return
  • For exchanges: specify product name, size, color, plus return address and phone number

Return Process

  • Mail returns only (use carrier of your choice)
  • Include original packing slip or receipt
